Barricade / Block Build
tier: ARetain Block between turns with Barricade, then deal it back with Body Slam.
Points
- Whether the deck succeeds depends entirely on finding Barricade — it is the non-negotiable centerpiece.
- In the early game, keep a balance with normal attack cards; Block generation alone cannot carry you before Barricade is online.
- Body Slam is the finisher — once Block stacks high enough, a single play ends the fight.
Details
Barricade is the linchpin — Block no longer expires at the end of your turn. Entrench doubles your current Block. Body Slam deals damage equal to your Block, making high Block both offensive and defensive. Relics like Sai and Cloak Clasp keep adding Block without asking for extra deck slots, which helps this build bridge turns until Barricade and Body Slam line up.

Block Generation Cards that build up Block each turn.

Anchor Start each combat with 10 Block.
Cloak Clasp At the end of your turn, gain 1 Block for each card in your Hand.
Pael's Legion Doubles Block gained from a card, then goes to sleep for 2 turns.
Parrying Shield If you end a turn with at least 10 Block, deal 6 damage to a random enemy.
Sai At the start of your turn, gain 7 Block.
Tuning Fork Every time you play 10 Skills, gain 7 Block.
